If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Eligibility You must be at least 17 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use spillr. What spillr does spillr turns chat exports and screenshots you upload into a playful "read" (estimated interest, who-texts-first, flags, and more) and into suggested reply lines ("rizz"). Results are generated by AI. Entertainment only — important spillr is for entertainment. Its analyses, percentages, "red/green flags", and suggested replies are playful, AI-generated estimates — not facts, advice, or any kind of professional, psychological, or relationship assessment. Don’t rely on them to make real decisions about people or relationships. We make no guarantee that any result is accurate. Your content & responsibility • You keep ownership of the content you upload. • You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the app’s features to you. • You are responsible for what you upload — only upload content you have the right to use, and respect applicable laws and the privacy of others. • Don’t use spillr to harass, deceive, or harm anyone. Subscriptions, unlocks & payments • spillr may offer a one-time unlock and/or an auto-renewing subscription. • Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store account. • Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, plus any rights you have by law. Acceptable use Don’t reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, or misuse the app or its AI, and don’t use it for any unlawful purpose. Intellectual property The app, its design, and its content (excluding your uploads) are owned by us and protected by law. Disclaimers & limitation of liability The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app’s output. Termination We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
