What we collect spillr was built to be useful without asking much of you. Here is exactly what we collect. • Content you choose to analyze — when you upload a chat export or screenshots, we send that content to our processing service to generate your read or your reply. We only process what you upload, when you upload it. • On-device data — your saved reads and saved rizz lines are stored locally on your device, not on our servers, and stay there until you delete them or uninstall the app. • Purchases — subscriptions and unlocks are processed by Apple and our payments partner (RevenueCat). We receive your subscription status, not your card details. • Basic technical data — standard app/device diagnostics to keep the app running smoothly. No account required spillr does not require an account, your real name, or access to your contacts. AI processing & third parties To generate your results, uploaded content is sent securely to our backend and to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. We send only what is needed to produce your result. We do not sell your content, and on our paid AI tier your content is not used to train the provider’s models. What we never do • We don’t sell your chats or personal content. • We don’t post your conversations publicly. • We don’t use your content for advertising. Data retention Uploaded content is processed to create your result and is not stored long-term on our servers. Your reads and rizzes live on your device and are deleted when you remove them or uninstall the app. Your choices & rights • Delete any saved read or rizz in the app at any time, or clear everything at once from Settings. • Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data. • Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy request — access, deletion, or questions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, which we honor. Age requirement spillr is intended for users 17 and up, and is not directed to children under 13.
